Unfortunately I had to get my dog put to sleep but the staff and vet were superb. So thoughtful and caring and I was so surprised when 2 days later I got sympathy card. What a lovely touch

Fantastic vet, helped my cockatiel who was struggling to pass her egg, gave her a calcium injection and she laid the egg within 45 minutes of coming home. Talked me through everything he was doing to reassure me. Would definitely recommend.

First time visiting this practice with our beautiful bird Lolo. Cannot recommend this practice enough! We were seen by Gary and his professionalism, care and knowledge was fantastic. He took time with us to discuss treatment for Lolo, did not feel rushed at all. We were very pleased with our visit, thank you very much!

Took my Sharpei after being at another vets and my dog being really sick on the meds he has been given Gary was amazing with Rugas who is normally so reactive and nervous at the vets he was happy and wagging his tail he was so relaxed. Has blood tests to find out if the meds has caused any serious harm and Gary gave him steroid injections. Rugas is living a heathy happy life and will continue to be seen by Gary to keep his skin and ear issues under control. Best vets around highly recommended thank you

i took my wee guinea pig Lazar here earlier today, And i rarely have to take any of my pets to a vet and this one has been the best i’ve been to! Lazar is already acting more like himself, Even though with all his dramatic screaming he’s not fell out with me yet! thank you so much for everything and how you handled Lazar x
