Just a poor practice. The vets themselves are very nice but it's mostly price gouging at this place. In our first visit we were quoted one price for our pet to be registered and get his initial checkup. Then we're told it was going to be double when we came to the reception to pay. They quoted rising costs and such at the reception but how can the cost change within on week of booking the appointment?! Then bringing my pup back in reluctantly with tummy issues as it was our only option. We paid the £58 for the consult but as for any eagerness to give our dog any medicine they wanted to do a £60 test. All this to find out he just had a simple tummy bug that we have since sorted out on our own. This place seems very eager to gouge you for money without actually taking any action or giving any medication. I'd stear well clear unless you want to throw your money away.

I recently signed up with Queens Crescent as I adopted my 3 month old kitten. He has seen vet surgeon Kaitlin so far and she’s been excellent. She is very gentle with him (he doesn’t even flinch when he gets his vaccinations). She answers all my questions thoroughly and gives useful advice - both medical and general kitten care. The practice has communicated well and I look forward to continue my kittens care with them.

Absolutely 5 star! The very best care for our two cats Molly and Taz! Friendly, approachable and helpful! Couldn’t be in better hands.

The practice has been looking after our dogs for over 25 years. I’ve always found the care and advice to be caring, honest and professional. All of my dogs have received kind care all the way into their geriatric years were during that time I have always been steered into the correct care and decision making to maintain great quality of life. This new Boy Scout is learning to love Queesn Cres 🙄♥️
