Fantastic care for our chihuahua Piccola here last week in for a heart scan. Chris and all his team are really helpful and put our minds at rest. Fees are fair with help for insurance claim was provided. Despite living in Inverness we will continue to come to Crumpets for specialist care for our pet .

My friend’s dog was referred here by their regular vet for further investigations, including a scan and scope. I came along for moral support. From the moment we arrived, the whole practice felt warm, welcoming and friendly. It doesn’t have that cold, sterile feeling some veterinary clinics can have, which immediately helped put us at ease. Sadly, my friend received some very difficult news about her dog. The vet who saw us could not have been more kind or compassionate. He explained everything clearly, talked us through the condition and the options available, and gave us the time and space to process what we were being told. At no point did we feel rushed. The reception staff were also wonderful — incredibly kind, supportive and understanding during what was a very emotional appointment. Thank you to everyone at the practice for treating both my friend and her dog with such care, dignity and compassion during such a hard moment.

I was referred to Chris by my local vets due to my chihuahua having a heart murmur. I can honestly say that I couldn’t have hand picked a better place than CrumPets. From the reception team who made me feel at ease from the first telephone call to our consultation and scan with Chris, Everyone who works in CrumPets is warm welcoming and supportive given the serious nature of why we were there. My dog is in the best hands moving forward and I can’t thank them enough for putting me at ease and supporting us through it all with a plan in place for future follow ups. Thank you

We came to see Chris and the team with our sons cat the team were fantastic unfortunately we didn’t get good news the compassion shown by Chris and the team was amazing. My son is on the spectrum so Chris went out of his way to write him a note explaining everything to him in a way that he would understand and assuring him he could see him much our cat was loved by him thank you so much

These people saved my boys life. Twice he went in for a Cardial effusian drain with the understanding it could be a sign of deeper trouble or a random on set. 2nd time was the charm and while it cost us an arm and a leg, I get to see Zippo every day.

Our wee boy was referred to a specialist vet due to a suspected heart murmur and we are so glad we picked CrumPets Vet. The team was phenomenal, they explained everything to us and answered all our questions. They were also very quick to process all paperwork which was very helpful too. Happy to say he was ok and he is just a very nervous boy. I contacted them almost 18 months after the referral to query if they could provide a copy of the report as we needed it for new insurance purposes and Gemma got back to me in less than 10 minutes. I do hope they expand to a regular + specialist vet premises because they are fantastic.
