Fantastic service today for my Watson seen Elisa,very thorough checkup and so gentle,caring and calming with my boy. And explained everything clearly that I understood,I had a restless night thinking about my visit as my boy is an older fellow. Left feeling very much better. Can’t thank or praise the whole team enough.

Fantastic vets. Naismith Vets genuinely care about the animals and their owners. It's not just a money making exercise, like some other vets. I can't recommend highly enough. Even our dog loves going!!

Beverly Naismith came highly recommended from three different people. My new dog is a rescue retriever whom Beverly treated liked her own dog. Although not the nearest vet I am more than happy to travel to Beverly whose commitment, love and passion for her client’s pets is obvious from the get go. Welcoming reception staff who took time to phone me later with information I needed about my dog’s chip. The beginnings of a life long relationship for my big boy.

Saying goodbye to our beloved cat was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do, but the care and compassion shown by Naismiths Vets. made all the difference. From the very beginning, they treated our cat with such kindness and respect, and they always took the time to explain our options and answer our questions with patience and empathy. When it came time to say goodbye, the team created a calm, peaceful environment and supported us through every step of the process. We're so grateful for the excellent care our cat received throughout their life, and especially at the end. Thank you for helping us give them a gentle and dignified farewell. Mitzi was in the best care, really recommend this vet 100%

Follow up visit to surgery all staff .. from reception to vets Elisa and Beverley make any visit most enjoyable. I’d recommend everybody with a pet to enrol with the Naismith Veterinary surgery.. the most professional and inviting pet facility I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

We visited today for the first time after being very unhappy about a recent visit with a local franchise vet... we had previous issues with them too unfortunately. We got a same day appointment and Alex took the time with us & showed that he genuinely cared about our pet and that it wasn't all about the money. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Naismith Vets and will shortly be registering our cat with them too. I've also already told several friends how great our visit was. Our family therapet will be back making our elderly clients happy tomorrow. Thank you Alex & the team.
