Friendly staff that know what they are talking about

We had our gorgeous dog here yesterday for the last time. Unfortunately she was laid to sleep and we were very anxious and upset. One of the vets Emma I am sure was fantastic. She was very calm. Great with our dog and extremely respectful. She put our dog at rest and was really good with myself and my wife. The girls on front desk were equally as nice. There professional manner and caring words really helped ease the burden as much as could be expected. After she had gone they gave us a private room and all the time we needed to say goodbye. Im embarrassed to say I dont think I thanked emma but I could hardly bring any words up. If I didnt I am sorry and pass on eternal gratitude from me my wife and our pup marley. Thank you all for your sympathy and for being so caring.

We had our chocolate working cocker spaniel Abbey registered here for 6 years. We had moved over 30 miles away so we needed a new practice but in the 6 years we had Abbey registered here, we found Stuan and the staff great to deal with and they always put Abbey at ease. They were very ethical and charged fairly for what they did. Abbey passed away this week from pancreatic and liver cancer that started very suddenly. Thank you very much for the services over the years. This is a great practice to have your dog at.

I never normally do reviews but just needed to share praise for this practice in their brilliant care for my elderly cat over the last week. Angelique has taken amazing care of him, kept me fully informed at all times and absolutely put my mind at rest. He ended up admitted last minute this morning and despite my anxiety I left the practice totally confident that the amazing staff would take great care of him. Tonight, despite having had general anaesthetic earlier, he is already more like his normal self. He was clearly incredibly well taken care of and treated with kindness by both Angelique and the nurses involved, I really cannot thank them enough.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to leave a review based on my experience yesterday. I had to take my pet rat to be put down sadly, and the vet Rachel could not have been nicer. She was empathetic, she was kind, she even offered to get paw prints of my rat after she had passed to get alongside her ashes. And she even offered to bring someone from the front desk to come into the examination room for payment as me and my other half were both crying. She is a shining example of what a vet should be like and I cannot praise her or this vet practice enough. Thank you again!

They have done an amazing job at looking after my lovely girl. She was in for a diagnostic that I was quite nervous about because she was meant to be sedated for it and they did their due diligence before giving her the sedative drugs and pre-screened her heart health to ensure pet safety. I felt my cat was in very safe hands the entire time and the team were very communicative about every aspect of the procedure and the findings of her health. The reception staff are kind and vet/nurse staff were very thorough and helpful. I would happily recommend this practice to fellow pet owners, they know what they’re doing in here.

Took my wee Rabbit to vets for pets and had a bit of an issue, the Lady Nikki on the front desk was great so so helpful, sorted everything out for me when she didn’t need to, got my rabbit in for her jag and all the staff that took part were absolutely great. Great team and would definitely recommend them.
