Pets at Home East Kilbride

Bag of dog food open when I opened the box don't know how long it had been open. Should have been vacuumed sealed. Bined it after complaining took two day to replace it, just as well I had some left (my dog is on a special diet).

An unexpected and unfortunate visit to the East Kilbride store to purchase a hamster,when the gentleman checked our purpose built cage we bought for the specific hamster we were then told we need a cage from the shop and refused to sell us the hamster.We have checked all the information given to us by pets at home and we found it to be incorrect.We checked with the Hamilton branch and were given different information and advice.Poor show EK pets at home.

Avoid! The lack of empathy and support was shocking! Now go to Hamilton branch, they didn’t over sell either which I feel is the problem with EK branch
