Despite a couple of back-to-back cancelled appointments from McD's end I, ultimately, had a very positive experience. My pre-booked taxi didn't arrive, which made me late for my appointment, but McD still managed to slot me in, which I very much appreciated. The vet, Caroline Grant, was very professional and efficient in seeing to Muńeca and the receptionist, too, was accommodating and helpful throughout, including booking my next appointment and taking into consideration Muńeca's reactiveness towards other dogs

Always great service fast efficient welcoming and affordable my dog Milo can be very vocal and excited and there great with him thanks them I can get tests done that I couldn't at the specialists due to the high cost so I'm very thankful just had our 6mo check in July 2026 very happy yet again with service received dogs bk to his best self very much appreciated again thank you 😊

I took my dog here this week for his vaccinations and we were seen by vet Lee. He can be nervous but she made sure he felt comfortable and was able to give the vaccinations quickly and calmly, even getting a waggy tail afterwards. Thanks again!

I am forever grateful that my dog was saved when he needed treatment for a serious issue. He is so nervous of being examined and he is treated with so much kindness.
