- Handling anxious pets is a recurring point: nervous dogs, an anxious/distressed dog at an urgent visit, and a cat being kept calm with gentle handling. - Owners mention explanations that support decision-making, including talking through assessment and treatment options and narrating what was being done during treatment. - Specific problems mentioned include an ear infection requiring an emergency appointment and a split nail.

Fantastic service at Taylor's Sheddens practice - needed an emergency appointment for my dog who needed treatment for an ear infection. He was anxious and distressed and the vet managed the whole situation amazingly🥰

The young vet was amazing, she put my cat at ease and was gentle and kind. Made such a difference to the visit which is always stressful with a cat.

Have gone to this practice for many years (seeing 2 new owners following the retirement of Mr Tague) and still delighted with the service offered. Take their time to explain all assessment and treatment options to help make informed choices. All staff are lovely (from receptionists, to nurses and vets).

Amazing service. Helped my poor wee dog after she had split her nail. Staff are fantastic and so helpful with me and telling me what they were doing with my dog.
