Vets for Pets - Bishopbriggs

Good luck to you and your animals using this vet. Used to be a great service but not anymore.

Been going here a year now with my pup and always found staff to be friendly and helpful, registered with their care plan so had couple visits for jags and some minor health issues and always received helpful advice and found veterinary staff to be thorough. Like that it’s inside pets at home for treats and a new toy as a reward after a trip to the vets 👌

Bishopbriggs Vets4pets branch is a joke. You can’t express your opinion about the service to the reception because it’s classified as abuse, and they’ll strike you off. If you complain further up the management, they’ll just direct you back to the branch’s website. We had a lucky escape. I’ll never recommend them to anyone. They won’t refund overpayments for flea and worm plans. Here’s their head office response: “Your account with Bishopbriggs has been terminated due to your behavior. Moving forward, we kindly request that you refrain from contacting Claire or the practice directly.” I hope this helps anyone considering using them for their pet. If I could I’d give them negative stars. Can complain but don’t get anywhere. What happened to customer is always right?
